Story 1 – (October 2021)
The Cuyahoga County Courthouse’s Eighth District Court of Appeals announced that Judge Larry A. Jones, Sr. died unexpectedly Thursday.
Jones is the third Cuyahoga County judge to die in the past two weeks. Judge Joseph D. Russo died unexpectedly on Oct. 2 and Judge Nancy McDonnell died on Sept. 28.
VACCINE MANDATE
Story 2 – (September 2021)
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley has joined the county’s Common Pleas judges in requiring employees to get vaccinated against the coronavirus.
O’Malley informed employees of the policy change earlier this month, said spokesman Tyler Sinclair. It requires employees to be vaccinated by Oct. 15, unless they are granted an exception for health or religious reasons.
